NEVER MIND CHRISTMAS

 IT'S ALL HAPPENING 21ST DECEMBER!

Rally Books will be sent out this week to all who have renewed their membership. to arrive on 21st December (depending on the postal service!) If you are not at home, or yours does not arrive, you can apply to the Membership Secretary for the new password, which will change on 21st December. You will then be able to download a PDF copy from the Members' Protected Area.

You can see a list of 2025 rallies on the new Rally List 2025 web page, which will go live on 21st December.

The new online booking service will have much more detail,

including a traffic light system showing whether there is space available.

Everyone who has renewed will receive an email about the new service, but you can also access it from the blue button in the Members' Protected Area, from 21st December.

NO RALLY BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE OR ACCEPTED BY STEWARDS UNTIL  21ST DECEMBER.

Brief Report on the AGM from the Chair

Have you renewed your membership yet? The cost of joining and renewing will rise to £25 from 1st January 2025 and Rally Books will be sent out to arrive by 21st December so do it soon! The link is on the Home Page.

At the 20th AGM on Saturday 30th November, the following candidates were elected: Sheila Huffer (Treasurer), Sandra Bingham (Club Secretary),  Rob Bateman, Gill Harris, Ken Stevens and Val Summers.  They will join Chris Vinall (Chair), Glen Perkins, Jan Lewis and John Huffer. The Contact Us page will be updated soon and draft minutes will be posted when available in the Members' Area.
